... formsprang?
... formspringed?
Whatever it is, I got it. :)
I have a lot of questions to post, but I'm going to start slow (since I'm not quite sure how this formspring-to-blog transition works... I assume it's just copy & paste but I guess we'll find out!). I'm going to put up a question I got about my interview, since I was planning on posting about that soon.
What was your interview like?
It was pretty laid back! Much more relaxed than I expected. I was really nervous (even though I told myself not to be) but my interviewer said it was just going to be like a conversation. I think it was around 20 minutes long, including the questions I asked at the end. My interviewer asked general "what would you do in this situation" questions rather than questions related to the roles I chose.
I've read a lot of people got positive feedback from their interviewers - their interviewers said things like, "Great answer!" or "You had a great interview!" But I don't think that was my interviewer's style. My interviewer asked her question, I gave my answer, she typed some notes into a computer, and then we went to the next question. So I really had no idea how I was doing. I felt like at some points I was doing great and at some points I was stuttering and stumbling all over myself. But I must not have done too bad. :)
